Luxurious villa, located only 0,5 km from the beach of Las Rotas, very close to the town centre and beach resorts of Denia and on the way to Javea. The upper floor and the roof terrace offer beautiful views over the mountain Montgo and a lovely seaview to the bay of Denia. The villa, constructed in 2002, is equipped to a very high standard and contains nice furniture and the best in appliances. The bedrooms and the living area offer air conditioning (cold/warm). Last year a new shady pergola with al fresco dining area was built.

The villa has a nice terrace with private pool and various places to relax and sunbathing. 10 sunbeds and comfortable outside furniture is available. Safety gates for upstairs to stairway and outside to stairway are helpful for families with small children.
