This lovely holiday villa in Els Poblets is located in a quiet residential area, on private land, only about one km from the sandy beach Deveses. This property offers everything necessary for a relaxing holiday, a private swimming pool, shady and sunny terraces, a lovely garden planting, and a covered barbecue area for wonderful summer evenings outdoors. The villa consists of 2 floors and offers 4 bedrooms, one of them in the upper floor. Due to the size of the double beds we offer this accommodation only for 6-7 people, recommending a maximum occupancy of 6 adults or 4 adults and 3-4 children. Air conditioning, central heating and a fireplace, make this property ideal for any season, special prices for long term winter stay, we would supply on demand. The cozy living room with fireplace and open kitchen with bar are tastefully decorated and comfortable, the bathrooms have recently been modernized.
